If you're located in Greater Los Angeles area, same day delivery may be available to you. To check to see if same day local delivery is available to you, select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you put in your shipping address during the checkout process, the same day local delivery will appear in the shipping options if it's available in your area. We now offer in-store pick-up. You are welcome to our showroom to pick up orders if you live in Greater Los Angeles area. Simply choose the Store Pick-up option during checkout. For more instructions, please click this page .

Shipping Details

  • All orders placed before 2PM PST, will be processed and shipped the same day!
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
  • US Domestic shipping, including Hawaii and Alaska. Canada & UK shipping available.
  • All orders are shipped from Pasadena, California.
  • All orders require a signature confirmation to ensure you receive your purchase. A person must be present at the time of delivery. For this reason, we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
  • We are not responsible for incorrectly entered or wrong shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We offer domestic 2-5 business day free shipping with a total purchase of $100 or more. All orders require signature confirmation.

*Standard Shipping

 For orders under $100, standard 2-5 business day shipping fee is $10. For orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, the standard 2-5 business day shipping fee is $20. All orders require signature confirmation. Please check the map below for more details.

*Expedited Shipping  

If you want to receive your package sooner, you can choose expedited shipping on the checkout page. The shipping fee is $15. We use USPS priority shipping which usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver. Please check the map below for more details.

*Overnight Shipping

In order to precess your order in time, please have your order placed before 2PM PST.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All orders will be processed same day when placed before 2PM PST. Any other orders will be processed the following business day.

We offer overnight shipping! During checkout, select overnight shipping in the shipping options. We offer same day delivery for the Los Angeles area.

For any orders over $100, we offer 2 - 5 business day Free Shipping. Free Shipping usually takes around 2-5 business days. We also offer Overnight and Same Day shipping for those who need it right away.

Please email us at service@averabeauty.com immediately with your order number if you need to change your shipping address. We’ll do our best to get to your request before your order gets processed and shipped. However, because we do our best to expedite our processing time to get your items to you as fast as possible, we can’t guarantee that we’ll catch your package before it gets processed and shipped.

Once the order has been processed, we no longer have the ability to make changes to it. Once you receive the tracking number for the package, you can reach out to the carrier to make an special requests such as a delivery change. AVERA will not be responsible to make those request with the carrier for you.

We require signature confirmation at the point of delivery so someone needs to be home to sign for the package.

We don't ship to PO Boxes

If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered and signed for, then please contact the courier to investigate this issue. We can’t be held responsible for packages where the tracking shows the package has been delivered to your shipping address and signed for.

The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct address during checkout. If you realized an incorrect shipping address was entered, please contact us right away at service@averabeauty.com.

We’ll do our best to change the address to your order, but since our processing time varies throughout the day, there’s a small window where we can make changes to your order.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we can’t change your address or cancel the order. In this case, we hope the package returns back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it out again to the correct address. Additional shipping may apply.

We offer same day shipping in Los Angeles only.

We ship domestically to Alaska and Hawaii and we also ship to Canada. Unfortunately, Canada does not qualify for our free shipping offers.
