What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturdays 10am-7pm PST. On Sundays we are available for appointments only between 10am and 7pm.

Do you take walk ins?

Feel free to walk into our boutique anytime during our normal business hours Monday-Saturday. Sundays are reserved for appointments only therefore you cannot walk in on Sunday.

Do you do wig or hair coloring customization?

We do offer wig and coloring customizations. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have hair in-stock?

We carry a variety of hair extensions including clips-ins, closures, bundles, wigs, frontals and more. No matter what you're needs are we have what you're looking for!

Can I try the hair on?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to come visit our boutique to experience the different textures we carry.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us and we’re here to accommodate any returns/exchanges that haven’t been opened, worn, and tampered with within (10) calendar days of the date of posted delivery. Or from the date of purchase if it was made in person. To read our full policy, click here.
