How Long Do The Extensions Last?
How Often Should I Wash My Hair Extensions?
We recommend washing and conditioning the hair extensions once a week with a sulfate free shampoo. Washing the hair keeps it looking shiny and new, and prevents the hair from being weighed down by product. We also recommend going to a salon once every 2 weeks for a professional wash. Can I Color My Extensions?
Because all of our hair extensions are 100% virgin human hair, they can be colored, toned, cut and styled just like your natural hair. The extensions come in a natural dark brown color. If your hair is darker than the extensions, you can always take the extensions to a professional so they can be colored darker.
Can I Heat Style My Extensions?
Your extensions can be blow dried, curled and flat ironed. We recommend doing so on a low setting. Keep in mind that it is best to let your wavy hair air dry as blow drying may cause damage to the curl pattern. We also recommend using a heat protectant before adding heat to the extensions to protect them from drying out.
How Many Bundles Should I Purchase?
One bundle contains 3.5 oz. For a full weave, we recommend (2) bundles if you are purchasing hair 18 inches and shorter. For 20” - 24” we recommend (3) bundles. For 26” and over we recommend 4 bundles. Keep in mind it’s always better to have more than not enough. You will also need a closure to completely enclose the top so that none of your natural hair is left out.
